Remove debris, leaves and dirt to ensure proper water flow
Seal leaks, at seams and end caps, using appropriate sealant.
Tighten or replace loose or damaged fasteners (screws, brackets, hangers)
Identify signs of damage, such as sagging, leaks, rust, or loose parts. Determine if repairs, partial replacement, or a full replacement is needed.
Replace damaged or corroded sections of gutters or downspouts. Ensure proper slope & secure attachment to fascia.
Ensure the fascia board is in good condition and properly sloped. Ensure soffit has proper ventilation, spacing & alignment. Check for rot or damage in the wood beneath the soffit & fascia. Prime & seal panels & any holes or cracks
Ensure downspouts are properly connected to the gutters & directed away from the foundation. Inspection of flashing under the drip edge & over the back of the gutter to prevent water from getting behind the gutter. Testing the system with running water to check for leaks & proper drainage
