Pressure Washing and Power Washing, involves sending water through a special nozzle, or nozzles, at a high pressure via a motorized pump. We add Eco-Friendly specialized solvents that are effective and safe for the environment to assist with cleaning.
The main difference with Power Washing vs. Pressure Washing is the HEAT. The jet wash in a Power Washing machine uses heated water, whereas the water in a pressure washer is not heated.
The advantage of a Power Washer’s heated water is felt most clearly in tough to clean spaces with serious grime, especially mildew, grease and salt. The heated water makes it easier to clean surfaces — just as it does when doing dishes or washing your hands. Since it can more easily wash spaces clean, it is the preferred option for jobs where surfaces are heavily soiled that can handle the warmer spray.
It is particularly recommended on surfaces, such as concrete or cement, which will not be damaged by power washing.
Importantly, our 35+ years of experience has taught us to adapt the water pressure to the surface structure at hand, protecting surfaces without compromising cleaning.
Our services also include safe and effective low-pressure soft washing, a proven way to productively clean exterior siding, trim, gutters and more.
A power washer uses a high-pressure stream of very hot water to blast away dirt and materials from outdoor surfaces. The combination of high pressure and the temperature of the water make it better at removing all those truly stuck on materials from surfaces.
It’s great for removing residue like mold, mildew, and salt from outdoor patios, decks, driveways, and more. The added heat also makes it particularly good at removing things like chewing gum from sidewalks.
Power washing is also exceptionally great for handling grease stains on driveways or garage floors. It’s also useful for helping to control weeds and moss—the powerful blast of hot water can kill them and stop them from growing back right away.
Power washing is ideal for any situation where the surface is heavily saturated or has a lot of dirt or other matter to clean off. Essentially, power washing is the more heavy duty option.
Power Washing is effective at removing: Dirt, Dust, Rust Mold, Mildew, Oil, Grease, Gas, Fuel, Graffiti, Gum, and so much More!
Power Washing is safe to use on most surfaces, including:
Roofs, Siding, Wood, Brick, Hardi-Plank, Stucco (EIFS), Gutters, Stone surfaces, Decks, Fences Driveways Parking Lots and More!

Due to the use of lower water pressure, this method is ideal for cleaning more fragile surfaces of your homes exterior. These surfaces would be damaged if you used higher water pressure. Here are the best surfaces for this type of cleaning method:
· Vinyl siding
· Wood panel siding
· Windows
· Screens
· Patio enclosures
· Outdoor furniture
· Stucco
· Cedar shake siding
· Log Cabins
· Roof shingles
A low Regular soft washing of your homes exterior that will boost curb appeal and help maintain property values. You still use higher pressure than you would with something like a hose, but Soft Washing allows you to dislodge contaminants without harming the surface.
Soft Washing lets you remove Mold, Algae, Mildew, Dirt, and other contaminants from a surface.
Our soft washing solutions are biodegradable and eco-friendly (bio friendly cleaning).
Only when necessary we may have to use a stronger solution like bleach agents to remove certain types of grime
Even if these solutions contain bleach, it is diluted with water. Thus, it is safe to use. It is the same concentration that you would typically see in swimming pools or when disinfecting drinking water.
A low-pressure wash system (soft washing) reduces the potential damage to your homes exterior.
If you used high-pressure water to clean delicate surfaces such as roof shingles or windows, you may end up with a granular loss or broken glass.
In addition, high-pressure washing can remove the roof’s coating, which will reduce its ability to reflect sunlight.
Soft washing allows cleaning the hard-to-reach areas of your exterior. The water can reach up to 50 feet high from the ground.
High-pressure water is not always enough to remove mold, mildew, algae, or moss from your home’s exterior. There is also a chance that they could return.
With soft-washing, cleaning solutions containing the right percentage of bleach combined with the right percentage of non- abrasive surfactant's can kill mold and other microorganisms at a molecular level, removing them from your homes exterior which then allows you to inspect and see what damage mold, mildew, algae and moss has caused to your home and arrange for repairs.
Soft washing regularly helps prevent un-foreseen damage caused by these natural occurring elements.
By now, you already have a clear understanding of what is soft washing. Given all the benefits, consider adding this low-pressure cleaning method to your preventive maintenance checklist.
